Gospel in Chinese Porcelain

Chinese Porcelain is famous around the world. It is so famous that the phase “Fine China” has been used to denoted the highest quality porcelain. Our porcelain workshop creates Gospel artworks, for example, “Gospel in Chinese Porcelain”, with traditional Chinese painting styles. All works are hand-made and hand-painted. Our painting style is developed from traditional techniques used in the Ming and Qing dynasties (14th – 19th centuries) in China. “Gospel in Chinese Porcelain” is one of our centre’s major efforts, since the mid 20th century, in “the contextualization of Christianity” or the indigenization of the Chrsitian faith in Chinese culture. Art Division has always been keeping up with the good work and is currently encouraging the development of contemporary Christian Art in China. 　 (Sample)
